A VIP Day is right for you if…

When a VIP Day Isn't the Right Fit
A VIP Day is not the best option if…
- You only need a few minor updates to content, such as swapping out a few images, changing some text, or updating contact information.
- Your tasks can be completed in 1-2 hours.
- You need a website built or redesigned
- We have other packages that are better suited for this, including our Website SOS, which is an hourly rate for website support. Or, explore our Website Design packages if you need a full website build out.

Frequently Asked Questions
What if the work I need done doesn’t take the full 4 hours included in the VIP Day?
A VIP Day covers up to 5 hours of work on your website. Before your VIP Day, we will agree upon a list of deliverables. If I see that your list of deliverables will take significantly less than 4 hours, I will either recommend additional services your website could benefit from during the VIP Day or recommend you book a Website SOS Package.
What if the work I need done on my website will take longer than 4 hours to complete?
As we discuss your website to-do list, I will help prioritize what can be done to make the most of the hours. If your list of to-dos will take longer than 4 hours, we can discuss booking a second VIP Day or adding additional hours to your package for an additional hourly rate. Everything will be discussed and agreed upon beforehand.
Does everything get done on the actual VIP Day?
Your VIP Day is the day when I will work on your website projects to get them completed.
To make this possible here’s what happens before your VIP Day:
– We will have a call to discuss what you need to have done
– A contract will be signed agreeing upon deliverables
– You will need to give me access to the website and any other necessary accounts for analytics
– You will be responsible for sending any content that’s needed for me to make updates.
This ensures the day is spent working on the website and not tracking down anything additional.
